Day 1
Morning

Afternoon
A documented operation that targeted France, reconstructed from infrastructure to attribution. Deepfakes, executive impersonation, CEO fraud: what generative AI changes for the attacker.
Day 2
Morning
Recognising coordinated behaviour, qualifying an incident, telling an information crisis from background noise. The open-source investigation methods within reach of a leadership team.
Afternoon
An information crisis played out under realistic conditions, then dissected. The first-24-hours protocol applied to your organisation: qualify, decide, act.
The method
The track draws on doctoral work conducted at CEDS, the Centre for Diplomatic and Strategic Studies (Paris), on the mechanisms of information interference in France and the European Union. It includes forensic reconstructions of real campaigns that targeted France between 2022 and 2024, and a registered measurement instrument, the Epistemic Security Score, computed for all twenty-seven EU member states (Zenodo, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20837003).

Information crises played out under realistic conditions. You decide under pressure, then your decisions are dissected.

Deepfakes, manipulation at scale, content provenance. What generative AI changes for the attacker and for the defender. Disclosure obligations and defensive uses.
Designing a complete apparatus: structural upstream, detection in the flow, education downstream. Roles, procedures, alert thresholds. The apparatus is built on your organisation, not on a textbook case.
European and French regulatory frameworks. The tension with freedom of expression and the non-negotiable limiting conditions, articulated with Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Internal governance of the apparatus.
A deliverable built on your organisation throughout the course, defended before a jury of practitioners. It is what you take back to your executive committee.
